Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website easily and comfortably
Our commitment
We believe in providing equal service to everyone and work to make this website accessible to people with disabilities. This is done in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013. The website follows Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, at level AA, as far as possible.
What we have done
- Pages declare the correct language and direction: Hebrew right-to-left and English left-to-right.
- Meaningful images have text alternatives.
- Colour contrast has been checked and fixed.
- The website can be navigated using the keyboard alone, with a clear focus indicator. Each page starts with a “skip to content” link.
- Form fields have labels, and error messages are given in text.
- The home page slideshow has a pause button. It also pauses when the mouse or keyboard focus is on it.
- The website is adapted for mobile phones and desktop computers.
- The FAQ page has a clear heading structure, and each question can be opened and closed with the keyboard.
Accessibility menu
An accessibility button appears in the corner of the screen. You can also open it with the Alt+A shortcut. The menu lets you:
- Increase or decrease text size
- Switch to high contrast or inverted (dark) contrast
- Switch to grayscale
- Highlight links and headings
- Switch to a readable font
- Increase text spacing
- Stop animations and flashing
- Use a large mouse cursor
Your settings are saved in your browser, and you can reset them at any time.
Browsers and assistive technology
The website has been checked with automated WCAG testing tools and in current versions of popular browsers on desktop and mobile. We recommend using an up-to-date version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the website may not yet be fully accessible. These include:
- Embedded third-party content, such as YouTube videos and social media posts. Its accessibility depends on those providers.
- Some videos do not have captions.
- The Femma Clinic and FEMMA Course pages are displayed from an external website and are in Hebrew.
- Blog articles and video titles are in Hebrew only.
If you have difficulty accessing any content, we will gladly provide it in another way, such as text, a phone call or another format.
Clinic and service accessibility
The clinic is located at Yuvalim Campus, 19 Prof. Avraham Pachornik St., Nes Ziona. For details about physical accessibility arrangements, or to request a personal adjustment before a meeting or treatment, please contact our accessibility coordinator.
