I’m Emma

Most of you probably know me as “Emma The Doula”, even though I’m now a retired doula and no longer attend births 

A mother of four, born less than five years apart 

For years I accompanied and supported women and couples throughout their pregnancies and births 
I supported families after birth
I taught childbirth preparation courses 
I have treated thousands of women before, during and after pregnancy

Today I bring all my experience and knowledge together in one place 

The Femma

Clinic – a treatment center where you can enjoy a variety of treatments for different stages of life 

I teach and train therapists in the Femma method – a treatment approach for children, women and men 

I share most of my knowledge with you here on the blog and on my Instagram
in a light, accessible, clear and enriching way 

My goal is to make your life easier – whether during fertility, pregnancy, or simply in everyday life
